With a background in Urban Studies and Planning, I was trained to be analytical and empathic to design city services that solve people's problems. After making a career transition in digital product design, I found the empathic mindset and analytical skills really helped me excel.
I follow the industry trend by reading articles on UX Planet and books such as Sprint and Don't Make Me Think. At the same time, I love to explore books about psychology and human behaviors, such as Thinking Fast and Slow and Influence.
Outside of work, I love everything outdoor, so you can easily find me jogging 🏃♂️ and biking 🚴♂️ around New York City and hiking ⛰ in Upstate, NY.

While I didn't go to art school, I improve my visual skills by taking graphic design courses, doing side projects, and looking at tons of designs on Dribbble/Mobbin/Behance.
